In this day and age, we are loaded with stress, toxic foods, toxic chemicals, toxic people. It's like this huge toxicity weight is blanketed over most of the population. I know for me, i felt like I really forgot how to live a happy life and instead I was so focused on 'the hussle' that I forgot to stop and smell the roses!
It's time for us to slow down, take in the true beauty that life has to offer and allow ourselves to heal our minds, our bodies, our souls. Now don't get me wrong, healing is not an easy thing to do. It takes effort and work but in the end, it's INCREDIBLY worth the journey!
